Once your daycare center is established, KidCentric will provide on-going daycare center management. To ensure the operation of a high-quality daycare center, we will:

• Provide professional supervision to the Center Director
• Implement risk-management programs
• Assist Center Director in hiring other staff members
• Ensure proper staff orientation and plan on-going training
• Ensure Center Director's training on staff supervision, employment law, lesson planning, etc
• Finalize the staffing schedule and revise as necessary to provide high-quality care while managing costs most effectively
• Ensure on-going health & safety compliance
• Oversee the daily schedule and curriculum to make sure that a wide variety of developmentally appropriate activities are being provided
• Conduct regular family involvement activities to continuously allow families the opportunity to suggest improvements to the facility
