Misty Rose, MEd
CEO
Misty has 20 plus years of professional experience working directly with young children and their families through public and private education as well as with organizations such as Big Brothers / Big Sisters, Child Care Resource and Referral, and families in the United States Army. She is an expert in the design of developmental child care programs and early childhood education staff development and training. As co-founder and CEO of KidCentric, Misty provides expertise and consultation to corporations, government entities, non-profit organizations and other groups wanting to provide high-quality child care services to families and the community. Misty has a BS in Elementary Education from Texas Tech University and a Masters in Education from Drury College in Springfield, Missouri.
Mindy Stewart, MSW
CFO
Mindy has been a professional social worker for 15 years and has worked primarily with children and families involved in the child welfare system and the juvenile justice system. She has extensive experience in organizational assessment, strategic planning and program development. As co-founder and CFO of KidCentric, Mindy is dedicated to making early childhood education a priority for communities, businesses, and agencies in order to intervene in children’s lives before they end up in child welfare or on a juvenile probation officer’s caseload. Mindy has a BS in Sociology from the University of Idaho and a Masters of Social Work / Administration and Planning from the University of Texas at Austin.
Staci Lewis
VP of Business Development
Staci has over 8 years experience working in the child care field and is currently serving as Director for a KidCentric workplace child care program in Ontario, California. Staci has been with KidCentric for 5 years as the on-site Director for the PJ Higgins Child Development Center located on the campus of the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO). She has been with that program since its inception. Staci has personally developed and managed programs for Infants, Toddlers and Preschool age groups. Staci is dedicated to providing children and parents with high quality care as well as ensuring that each program meets and/or exceeds specific state & county regulations. As a partner in KidCentric, Staci serves as a mentor for directors and teachers in KidCentric programs. She provides expertise in marketing, business development and business management. Staci is a fully qualified Center Director in the State of California and her continuing education incorporates a variety of studies including Child Development. Staci is currently completing her BA in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Phoenix in Ontario, California.
Carol Derringer
VP of Customer/Product Support
Carol has over 20 years of experience in program administration, primarily in program, document and policy integrity, as well as a focus on customer support. As a partner in KidCentric, Carol provides oversight of documentation processes, both for KidCentric, Inc and for any child care program under our management. She also monitors general programmatic quality through an on-going evaluation process. She is our front line of ensuring that the expectations of our clients are met or exceeded.
